We are pleased to inform you that we are arranging 3rd State level invitational & 3rd All India National level invitational swimming competition, will be held from 24 -25 -26 January 2025 at Kolhapur , Maharashtra. Sagar Patil Swimming Pool

Swimmers from all over INDIA can participate in this competition.

Group I /II / III / IV maximum 07 events.
Group V / VI maximum all events.
Heat list / Swimmers Timming :
Swimmers are requested to give their actual timing while filling the online form .Coach are requested to confirm the timing given by the swimmer
On basis of the timing heat list will be prepared .If any false time are given , the swimmers may be disqualified for all the events & no refund will be given of any sort .
The organizer will prepare the heat list as per their committee decision & it will be final .
Touch Pad : We have arranged the touch pad for the competition to get accurate results .
In case of some technical failure in touch pad , results will be decided by officials / time keeper .
No refund of fee regarding the same will be given

1) Adhar card compulsory for online registration
2) Photo: Please upload clear photo of adhar card & swimmers photo
3) Please check your spelling while filling the Registration form, the same name will be printed on your swimmers identity card and on your certificate. NO CORRECTION WILL BE MADE LATER ON THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS

Refund : No refund will be done once payment is accepted . If false documents submitted , swimmer will not be allowed to participate for event , and will disqualified and no refund of any sort will be done.

Reporting Date / Time :
Participants must report to the organizers and collect swimmers i.d on 24 JAN 2025 between 3:30 pm noon to 6:00pm at Sagar Patil Swimming Pool kolhapur . You can report and collect your ID card on 25 & 26 JAN 2025 BETWEEN 7:45 AM & 10:00 AM
Please carry original ID proof Birth certificate / Adhar Card/ SFI registration card ( any one ) for verification , after verification Swimming Hub I.D card will be issued to swimmers.
Swimming Hub, swimmers I.D card must be bought daily for the events & must be presented at the time of line up & when ever asked for verification .Without the ID card swimmer will not be allowed to participate in the event.
YOUR ARE REQUESTED TO KEEP EXTRA ( HARD) PHOTO COPY OF SWIMMING I.D CARD ISSUED TO YOU AS A PRECAUTION MEASURE, ALSO SAVE THE SWIMMING I.D TO YOUR MOBILE .
Warm up time ( Reporting day ) – 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Warm up time ( Competition days ) – 6:00 am to 7:15 am
IMPORTANT :
Ø Adhar card compulsory for online registration.
Ø Once online details are filled by you & submitted then alteration / correction of Group/ Event cannot be done .
Ø In an event if there are less then 03 participants, no medal / merit certification will be given . Only E-participation certificate will be issued .
Ø Swimmers / Parents are requested to keep their mobile , valuable at safe . Organizers are not responsible any loss of mobile or valuables .
Ø Accommodation & Travel : The swimmer has to arrange his accommodation & travel on his own
Ø Other details like Heat list will be updated on website / WhatsApp group
